White-Air, slalom, lots of action .... WSJ showed no respect for his elders
either .... the cheeky little *~#~* ..... ..... Good event, though
certainly not as extreme as witnessed at previous incarnations.
I was on my Manta 75 & GTX 7.0m all day, was right for some of the day,
rest of the day would have been better served using 3S 97 & 6.4m Remedy
combo, though I'd sold the 6.4m recently so scuppered that plan. Reports
from boat crews that winds were 22-25 knots at outside mark, though inside
mark was prob 5 knots less than corresponding outside mark reading
throughout the day.
Well done to all the organisers etc, and a big hand for Trev & Linda for
all their freewave work
All the results etc will be posted on www.ukwindsurfing.com pretty soon,
for those wanting to know more
